Bulky Goods Clean Up Service

Council advises that the bi-annual Bulky Goods Clean Up days for residents receiving a garbage service are as follows:
AREA 1:
Bellingen, Repton, Raleigh, Mylestom, Short Cut Road - 29 June and 14 December 2009
AREA 2:
Dorrigo, North Dorrigo, Urunga and Yellow Rock Roads (in rural areas) - 6 July 2009 and 2 February 2010.
- Material must be placed on the kerbside by 6.00am on the Monday of the respective collection week.
- Only items that can be conveniently lifted by two men will be collected and commercial, building or demolition material, rotten or decaying rubbish, food scraps and grass clippings will not be collected.
- Small items of rubbish must be placed in a box or bag.
- Waste should be separated into metal and non-metal piles.
- The volume of bulk waste shall not exceed 3 cubic metres..
