About the Bridge
Smiths Bridge is located on Smiths Lane, Bielsdown Hills. The current timber bridge is ageing and showing signs of deterioration. The new structure will be a single lane, concrete design which will improve the integrity of the bridge and reduce recurrent maintenance costs into the future.
