S7.12 Contributions Plan 2021

A Development Contributions Plan (DCP) is used to collect payments towards the provision of infrastructure triggered by new development.

Development Engineering Standards

Following a Development Consent a Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) may be required. Obtaining a SWC requires making an application through the NSW Planning Portal.

Lower Bellinger and Kalang Rivers Floodplain Risk Management Study

Floods damage public and private property and present a risk to personal safety depending on their severity, but there are several ways that people and governments can reduce the risks.
