About the project
The existing footbridge from the carpark on the southern side of Connell Park to the Swimming Pool has reached its end of life and must be replaced with a new structure.
Project Scope
The new footbridge will have a width of 3m and will be accessible for light maintenance and emergency vehicles.
Community Impacts
During construction, the footbridge will be closed. Access to the pool and playground via Prince Street or the play fields of Connell Park. Communication will be provided to the community via and social media.
