Water samples taken 23/01/23 at all seven Beachwatch sites indicate “Poor” and “Bad” water quality. These results are indicative of the significant rainfall event which occurred just prior to sampling.NSW Office of Environment and Heritage recommends that you do not swim in oceans for 24 hours after heavy rain. Avoid rivers, lagoons or estuaries affected by floodwaters and runoff for three days.
