Consents may be examined by interested persons free of charge at the Council’s Administration Centre, Hyde Street Bellingen during normal office hours.

Section 4.59 provides that the validity of the above development consents cannot be questioned in any legal proceedings except those commenced in the Land and Environment Court by any person at any time before the expiration of three (3) months from the date of this notice.
