Bellingen Shire Council is committed to providing efficient, responsive and friendly service that is value for money for those who live, work or visit the Bellingen Shire.
Council’s Customer Service Charter sets out service standards that customers can expect when dealing with Council, and in turn expectations of the customer. It is important that customer service delivery and initiatives are regularly and appropriately monitored and assessed so Council is conducting a review of the service standards contained in the Customer Service Charter.
Council invites the community to complete a survey on the service standards contained in the Customer Service Charter on Council’s Create Community Engagement Hub at http://create.bellingen.nsw.gov.au.
“Following the adoption of the Customer Service Charter in late 2013, Council has worked to improve customer service delivery through a range of initiatives,” said General Manager Liz Jeremy.
“The Customer & Business Services team winning the award of Customer Service Team of the Year in the inaugural National Local Government Customer Service Network Awards in 2015 reflects these improvements which are ongoing,” added Ms. Jeremy.
The survey will be open between Monday 19 February and Friday 16 March 2018.
