An enthusiastic group gave their opinions in these areas before expanding the forum into issues such as council meeting venues, the availability of councillor, community engagement and different media distribution channels.
The information gathered will be used to improve the way Council interacts with our community to get things done and is in support of the recently adopted Customer Service Charter that sets out:
- our commitment to customer service
- service standards you can expect
- our processes
- difficult situations and how complaints will be dealt with
- how we will monitor, measure, report and continue to improve
