Bellingen Shire Council in its commitment to providing efficient, responsive and friendly service for those who live, work or visit the Bellingen Shire and has recently installed a new feedback system to measure customer satisfaction.
An app-based tablet rating system now in use at the Customer Service Centre at the Bellingen Council Chambers, offers real time insights about what customers think and feel about their service experience in the moment without an “annoying survey” experience. The app offers a choice of questions with the ability to type in additional comments.
“Council is pleased to offer this easy to use feedback system to our customers,” said General Manager, Liz Jeremy. “The customer experience is important to Council and is a major consideration in our ongoing focus on excellent customer service. We would love to hear about your experience when you do business with Council at our Customer Service Centre and encourage you to take a few moments to leave your feedback,” added Ms Jeremy.”
The app-based rating system is used by many leading organisations and brands in Australia.
