Restaurants and cafes in NSW will be allowed to reopen under the first stage of eased coronavirus restrictions commencing Friday 15th May 2020.
- Cafes and restaurants may open and seat up to 50 patrons at one time.
- Businesses need to maintain an average density of 4 square metres per person.
Further to the support provided to assisting businesses in our Shire through Council’s involvement in the Business Support Network, Bellingen Shire Council is offering a one-on-one service to businesses across the Shire to assist them to re-open.
Simply register on the number below and provide some detail on the type of business you have and when you plan to re-open. Council will organise a support person to come to your place of business and help you work through spatial distancing requirements and hygiene provisions. Information will also be provided on current health regulations with respect to trading restrictions.
To register for this service please call the Business Support Helpline on 02 6655 1522 or email email@example.com.
