Any interested persons may inspect the Development Application and accompanying documents at Council's Administrative Centre, 33-39 Hyde Street, Bellingen, between 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, from Thursday 17 January 2019 to Monday 18 February 2019.
It is noted that this application was previously advertised for public comment, however requires re-exhibition to comply with relevant legislative requirements. Council will still consider any submissions previously made in respect to this.
Any person may make a submission in relation to the Development Application during the period of Thursday 17 January 2019 to Monday 18 February 2019. Where a submission is by way of an objection the grounds of objection must be specified. All written submissions received by Council by Monday 18 February 2019 will be considered in Council’s determination.
All submissions will be made publicly available as documents unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosure and must be accompanied by a statement disclosing any political donations and gifts in accordance with section 10.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 where relevant.
