Complying Development

Complying development is a combined planning and construction approval for straightforward development that can be determined through a fast-track assessment by a council or an accredited certifier. Providing all relevant development standards are strictly met, and the development complies with the Building Code of Australia. 

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure the proposed development meets all the complying development requirements.
