Bellingen Shire Council has two public computers in the administration foyer which have been set up so our Customer and Business Service Team can provide the community with one on one, personal support to help you lodge your application via the NSW Planning Portal.
1. Prepare your application. You will need all documents ready to submit a complete application
2. Save all the documents onto a USB stick. Bring the USB stick with you on the day (Tip: Save all your documents with a file name that makes sense, to make uploading easier).
3. Book an appointment with our Customer and Business Services Team.
