Bellingen Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified consultants to support its Events Process Improvement and Activation Project. The project will help Council improve how events are enabled, assessed and managed across the Shire, with a focus on making the process clearer, more coordinated and easier to navigate for event organisers.
The successful consultant will help review Council’s current event approval processes, map planning and approval pathways, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and prepare practical guidance and resources for event organisers. This work will support a more streamlined, practical and consistent approach to event approvals, helping enable community, cultural and visitor events across Bellingen Shire.
