Improved field surfaces and drainage for Connell Park, making it usable even during wet weather and with future-proofed lighting.
Enhanced connectivity with shared paths and bridges for easier access.
Landscaping and fencing to beautify Connell Park and keep playing fields safe from unauthorised vehicles.

Project Scope

The project has been funded with NSW Government grants and Council contributions totaling $6M.

Community Impacts

Playing field will be closed and existing amenity buildings demolished to enable new works. Council will work with stakeholders to coordinate park closures and provide further updates via online channels.
