Urunga Riverside Resort Gold Award Hall of Famers

The Urunga Riverside Holiday Resort has again received one of the greatest accolades a NSW tourism operator can achieve by winning a Gold Award for Excellence in Accessible Tourism at the NSW Tourism Awards held on Thursday 17 November at a Gala Awards Dinner in Sydney.

Bellingen Shire Mayor, Cr Stephen Allan, said “This is a proud moment for our Shire having a dedicated business operator who continues to be recognised for the great work they do, not only winning the Gold Award but also again being inducted into the NSW Tourism Award’s ‘Hall of Fame’ in acknowledgement of their continued efforts to provide and develop inclusive tourism services and accommodation opportunities for our community and visitors to our Shire.”

Taking part in the NSW Tourism Awards is an opportunity for local businesses to promote the work they do but to also build their reputation within the tourism industry and the broader community.
