Bellingen Shire Council has resolved to exhibit a draft Managing Conflicts of Interest for Council Related Development Policy(PDF, 289KB) The policy is required to in place under clause 66A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021 to specify how Council will manage its conflicts of interest for Council related development applications.
The Policy will be on public exhibition until 5.00pm on Monday 29 May 2023. To lodge a submission please complete the below form.
