Onsite Sewage Management Systems (OSMS)

If a property is not connected to Council's reticulated sewerage system, then it is likely that the wastewater is disposed of via an onsite sewage management system (OSMS). 

This application form is used to request either:

• An inspection and new approval to operate be issued at point of sale; or
• The transfer of ownership for a current approval to operate, with an amended approval issued to the new owners.
