Waste Fee Exemption

Not-for-profit community groups and Australian Charities often have limited financial resources whilst providing the services which benefits the broader community. In recognition of these limited financial resources Bellingen Shire Council may provide Waste fee exemption upon application to assist not-for-profit community groups. Eligible organisations must qualify for Waste Fee exemption by providing proof of being a registered not-for-profit charitable organisation. Please be advised that this fee exemption does not include NSW EPA Levy which requires a separate exemption to be applied for directly through NSW EPA.
