All smiles on a rainy day at Dangar Falls Working Bee

Dandarrga Landcare and Bellingen Bush Regenerators recently held their bi-annual working bee at Dangar Falls, where volunteers and Bellingen Shire Council staff successfully planted 85 native plants and carried out essential weed control despite challenging weather conditions, including rain, mud, and leeches.

Community EV chargers are on their way

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations are set to be installed at William St, Bellingen, and Morgo St, Urunga. The 22 kW chargers will be powered by 100% renewable energy and will provide community members, visitors and workers with an easy and convenient way to charge their vehicles.
