About the Bridge

The Kalang River Bridge, situated on Bowraville Road in Bellingen, has been successfully completed in November 2023. The aging timber bridge, displaying evident signs of deterioration, has now been replaced by a modern dual-lane concrete design. This new structure not only enhances the bridge's integrity but also significantly diminishes future recurrent maintenance costs.
