Road Closure Notification Update – Kalang Road

Works on Site 1 have been delayed due to an increase of works extent. Road closures dates have been extended.

Council advises the following changes to road closures on Kalang Road from 9am to 12pm and 12.30 to 3pm during the following dates:

Site 1: 8 March to 24 April at Chainage 14.4 km

Site 2: 29 April to 17 May at Chainage 12.3 km

Site 3 & 4: 20 May to 24 June at Chainage 24.1 km

Dates and durations may vary depending on weather impacts amongst other factors.

Dates will be confirmed, and regular updates provided via the VMS boards located on Kalang Road, Councils website and Council’s social media channels.

During the week, motorists can traverse through work sites:

  • before 9.00am
  • after 3.00pm
  • from 12.00 to 12.30pm
